Senior Brand Marketing Executive
The Opportunity
As our Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will join our ever-growing marketing team and work alongside Brand Marketing Executives to lead the planning, execution of strategy, and relationships with our lead, global, 3rd party brand partners.
Being our Senior Brand Marketing Executive has a range of differing responsibilities including full autonomy over all of our key brand relationships (Nike, New Balance, Berghaus & Adidas to name a few).
The Team
The Brand Team is part of the wider Marketing Department. We are the glue that binds together the relationship between external third-party brands and Footasylum. We work closely with multiple departments including Creative, Social, Buying, Merchandising, E-commerce and Retail.
The Brand team is a dynamic and exciting place to work with every day being different. Within the wider marketing team includes retail marketing, own brands, artwork, women’s and Footasylum multi brand campaigns. You will work with a Brand Marketing Executive and report directly into the Head of Marketing.
About You
We are looking for someone who embodies the Footasylum values - Collaboration, Communication & Challenge. You will be an expert in UK culture and a brand fanatic. You will drive forward the vital brand relationships & run go to market strategies for some of the biggest launches in the business. Along with, Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Very good knowledge of UK culture (music, gaming, internet, etc) and very good knowledge of fashion culture and Footasylum consumer.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the third party brand annual budget (7 figures). This also includes individual budgets per brand (6 figures).
- You will manage brand relationships across 20+ brands including meetings, text, email and calls.
- You will lead on key brand partnerships including brands stated above.
- You will be executing the third-party brand strategy for the year considering all touch points. This also includes individual strategy per brand.
- You will lead key brand campaigns from planning to execution.
- You will be working collaboratively with ecommerce and retail teams on instore executions and campaign roll out.
- You will be working with Buying and Merchandising teams to understand key product focuses per quarter and delivery dates.
- You will be doing data analysis, including use of web analysis tools (Power BI).
- You will scout for campaign talent to use within own brand campaigns (where necessary) and managing relationships with talent managers.
- Quarterly and monthly calendar planning.
- You will attend meetings both locally and nationally with different brand partners. Signing off creative concepts for all emerging brand campaigns, inline with Footasylum and brand TOV.
- You will undergo retail visits across the UK to review campaign execution within our brick-and-mortar destinations.
- You will be traffic managing projects through Wrike.
