International Strategic Account Manager
Description
Footasylum is a leading UK-based retailer specialising in streetwear and sportswear, committed to delivering innovative and trend-setting products to our customers, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for a International Strategic Account Manager who will have a huge focus for Wholesale, to drive regional plans that deliver multi-brand, multi-channel opportunities, using our growth in DACH as a best-in-class example.
To achieve this, we will build a 3-year road map as part of the wider function plan and will require an experienced International Business Development Manager, reporting to the Head of Wholesale, to execute it.
You will be responsible for driving profitable growth across identified target markets through the development of Wholesale partners, regional distributors, Sales Agents, and Key Accounts.
The role will play a pivotal part in expanding our brand presence and opening new markets, building long-term commercial partnerships that align with brand positioning and target consumers.

Along with;
Proven experience in international business development, wholesale, or global sales within:
· Sportswear
· Sport
· Lifestyle / Fashion
Strong track record of:
· Opening new markets
· Managing distributors and agents
· Scaling international wholesale revenue
· Experience working across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas preferred)
· Strong relationship builder across cultures and markets.
Responsibilities
International Market Expansion
· You will identify, evaluate, and open new international markets aligned to brand strategy and growth priorities.
You will develop and execute go-to-market plans for each region, including channel mix, pricing and distribution strategy.
· You will lead market entry discussions with regional distributors, agents, and franchise partners.
· You will own regional sales forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.
· You will Partner with supply chain & product team to align:
Range depth
Inventory planning
Order lead times
Track performance vs targets and implement corrective actions where required.
Brand & Channel Execution
You will ensure consistent brand presentation across:
· Wholesale
· Distributor showrooms
· Trade marketing
· You will work closely with marketing teams to deliver regional activations, launches, and brand moments.
· You will protect brand integrity across price, channel, and territory management.
Cross-Functional Leadership
You will act as the commercial link between:
· Product
· Marketing
· Operations
· Finance
· You will provide market insights to inform product direction, pricing architecture, and range planning.
