Wholesale Assistant Merchandiser
Description

The objective of this role is to work with the Wholesale Merchandiser and Merchandising team supporting Footasylum Brands operations, From order placement to customer delivery, through the attention to detail and an understanding of the knock-on effects of every task undertaken.
Responsibilities
Documentation & Data Management
Create and distribute weekly reports as a support across areas such as Design and sales teams.
ERP maintenance with creating items, transfer and purchase orders.
Process and approve product label submissions delivering Customer Value added services compliance.
Perform regular reconciliations, problem solving and progress chasing of shipments and invoices.
Produce and maintain tracker of all import/export shipments documentation.
Support Import team on processing Factory documents as required.
Customer and Warehouse Relationship Management
Act as point of contact for the warehouse team supporting transfer and shipping invoicing queries.
Build relationship with the customers merch team to manage value added services data and provide information for manufacturing accordingly.
About you
Understanding of import / supply chain processes.
Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experienced with Excel and comfortable working with data; knowledge of ERP and PLM systems is advantageous.
Previous experience of Wholesale Brand environment is preferable.
Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
Organised, methodical and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop within the team.
