As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind an exceptional in‑store experience. ✅ What you’ll do
Lead the team
Inspire, coach and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual and store targets.Own commercial performance
Manage sales, margin, stock turn and visual standards. Drive KPI performance through strong execution and local initiatives.Create the experience
Ensure the store looks premium, runs smoothly and delivers memorable moments during launches, activations and busy trading periods.Deliver operational excellence
Oversee stock processes, loss prevention, payroll and roster planning to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running.Recruit & retain
Hire the right people, build a strong team culture and create clear development plans to progress talent internally.

Proven retail management experience with a track record of delivering sales and developing teams.
Customer obsessed – you prioritise service and know how to create memorable experiences.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and take decisive action.
Excellent communicator and coach, comfortable motivating a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexible, organised and resilient – able to manage competing priorities and thrive during peak trading.
