Store Supervisor
Description
We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre.
Please note: this is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible across Monday - Sunday.
The Role:
As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop the team, and ensure day-to-day store operations run smoothly. Your focus will be to drive sales, maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising, and help the team achieve store targets.
You will be responsible for supervising Sales Assistants, resolving customer queries and issues, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact in a busy retail environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Coach, mentor and develop colleagues through on-the-job training and regular feedback.
Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks including stock management, cash handling and staff rotas.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping environment.
Deal with customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
Contribute to store meetings, share best practice and support the implementation of company initiatives.
Ensure adherence to health and safety and loss prevention procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and support the team to achieve and exceed targets.
About you:
Passion for fashion retail and a customer-first attitude.
Previous retail supervisory or team leader experience, ideally within fashion or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Organised, proactive and able to work independently while supporting the wider team.
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
Confident with basic retail systems, cash handling and stock processes.

Additional information:
Under 18 working restrictions: If you are under 18, you will not be able to work past 10pm. Some stores have extended opening hours over the festive period.
