Key responsibilities — core duties for the successful candidate

Essential skills and experience — required qualifications and competencies
Minimum of relevant secondary or vocational qualifications; a degree or professional accreditation is advantageous.
Proven experience in a similar role or industry, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and correspondence.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g. Microsoft 365 suite) and the ability to learn bespoke systems quickly.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Desirable attributes — additional strengths that will help you succeed
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
Knowledge of industry-specific legislation, data protection and compliance best practice.
Project coordination or continuous improvement experience, including use of methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Relevant professional certifications or ongoing professional development activities.
