Hi I'm Kate, the Head of Attraction and Talent Acquisition at Foot Asylum.  I joined the business in February 2026 and am really excited about developing an EVP and Award Winning candidate experience that truly tells the story about how great it is to work here.  I have a small but perfect team of three recruiters who work alongside me and together we look after all things recruitment across c. 70 stores and our Head Office and Studio based near Manchester.  I personally also recruit for Exec Leadership and Senior roles.

Outside of work I'm an avid gardener and enjoy cuddling up with my partner and dog watching a good Netflix Drama.
